Terms and Conditions
Presented clearly for the English version of the Hotel Altmann website.
Contract
The accommodation contract is concluded when the hotel accepts the guest's booking.
Arrival and departure
Rooms are generally available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Cancellation
Standard rates may be cancelled free of charge up to seven days and Flexi rates up to three days before arrival, subject to the exact deadline displayed during booking.
Complete legal text
The existing complete German terms remain authoritative for payment, liability, substitute accommodation, early departure, force majeure and jurisdiction.
Before the final launch, the complete existing legal wording will be checked and incorporated without shortening its legal effect.
