Our hotel is located in the south of Vienna in a beautiful suburban area.

Thanks to good public transport connections you do not need a car during your stay to get around.

The hotel is also close to the most important motorways A21, A2 and A1 as well as the shopping centers SCS and Riverside.

The industrial centres Inzersdorf and Wiener Neudorf, the business park Brunn am Gebirge - Campus 21, Triester Straße, Perfektastraße and the towns of Kaltenleutgeben and Breitenfurt are easily reachable by car from our hotel.

An Asian restaurant and a Viennese bakery are within easy walking distance (400 - 600 meters). You can also find more eateries, cafes and a bar in the nearby Riverside shopping center. The town of Perchtoldsdorf with about 20 different "Heurigen" and the restaurant Wiener Hütte are also only a few minutes away by car.

From March 1st, 2022 the whole of Vienna will be a short-stay parking zone Mon. - Fri. 09:00 - 22:00. You will receive a parking card from us for € 6.50 per calendar day, with which you can park your car on the street directly in front of the house, you can park your car free of charge at weekends and on public holidays.
