COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA


When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you voluntarily provide (your e-mail address, your name, your address and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your inquiry.

In addition to the use of our website, we also offer various services. In order to provide these respective services, you must generally provide us with further personal data.

Mandatory fields in our contact or order forms are marked as such. When you simply visit our website, i.e. if you do not fill out a contact or order form or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. We only collect the data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of our website. Forwarding of data

As part of order processing and contract fulfillment, we pass on your data to service providers commissioned by us, in particular to IT service providers, debt collection companies/lawyers (in the event of outstanding claims), logistics, postal and/or shipping companies and/or credit institutions, insofar as this is necessary for contract fulfillment. For the processing of any payments, we pass on the payment data collected to commissioned credit institutions and, if necessary, to commissioned payment service providers. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests, in addressing our customers in an advertising manner.

In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and will either terminate or adapt the processing of your personal data or inform you of our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the data processing.
