Hotel Altmann

Our hotel is located in the south of Vienna in a beautiful villa suburb area.

Due to the good public transport connections, you don't need a car during your stay to easily get to the city center.

The hotel is also close to the main motorways A21, A2 and A1 as well as the SCS and Riverside shopping centers. The Inzersdorf industrial center, the Brunn am Gebirge business park - Campus 21, the Perfectastrasse, Perchtoldsdorf, Kaltenleutbaren, Breitenfurt, the Wiener Neudorf industrial center and Triesterstrasse are all easily accessible by car from our house.

An Asian restaurant and a Viennese bakery are within easy walking distance (400 - 600m). You can also find more restaurants, cafes and a bar in the nearby Riverside Shopping Center. The Heurigen village of Perchtoldsdorf with around 20 different Heurigers and the Wiener Hütte restaurant are also just a few minutes away by car.

From March 1st, 2022, the whole of Vienna will be a short-term parking zone Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. You will receive a parking card from us for € 6.50 per calendar day, with this you can park your car on the street directly in front of the house; on weekends and public holidays you can park for free.
